The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Para 1, Letter f of the European General Data Protection Regulation (our predominant legitimate interest is guaranteeing the stable and secure operation of the website).
  • Protection from misuse: In order to defend against possible attacks on our website, we investigate the IP address of your end-user equipment and the details of your access for anomalies and will, at times, exclude you from use in the event of a specific suspected case. In the event of a specific suspicion of a legal infringement, we reserve the right to forward this information to the law enforcement authorities; we will otherwise delete them after 10 minutes upon expiry of the blocking. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Para 1, Letter f of the European General Data Protection Regulation (our predominant legitimate interest is ensuring web server security and the availability of our website).
  • Evaluation of usage: In order continuously to optimise our website, we process the IP address of your end user device, a unique user identification, the time and time zone, the target, status and data volume of the call-off and additional data transmitted from your web browser (normally the address of the previously visited website, language and the type and version of browser, and details of the operating system). We forward this information to our service provider for web hosting and delete it after a period of 30 days. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Para 1, Letter a of the European General Data Protection Regulation (your voluntary consent).
  • Administration of consent: For the description and legitimation of our web technologies (e.g. cookies), we process the IP address of your end user device, the evidence and time of your decision concerning the use of the technologies and additional data transmitted from your web browser (normally the address of the previously visited website, language and the type and version of browser, and details of the operating system). • Marketing: For acquiring possible interested parties for our products, we process the IP address of your end user device, the time and time zone, the target, status and data volume of the call-off and additional data transmitted from your web browser (normally the address of the previously visited website, language and the type and version of the browser, and details of the operating system). We forward this information to our service provider for operating the website and our marketing service provider Wired Minds and delete it immediately after collection and an anonymous evaluation. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Para 1, Letter a of the European General Data Protection Regulation (your voluntary consent).
  • Google Adwords Conversion-Tracking: We use the conversion tracking function (evaluation of the target action carried out by the user, e.g. ordering an article) of Google AdWords on our website. For this purpose, a cookie is placed on your computer after you have given your consent, which makes it possible to recognise you and track your movements on our website. The data collected will be transmitted to Google servers in third countries, which may have a lower level of data protection. The information collected with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who have clicked on one of our ads. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the European Data Protection Regulation (their voluntary consent).
  • Google (Universal) Analytics: This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc (www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymisation on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there before storage. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. When you call up our website technivolt.eu, you have already decided whether you expressly consent to its use or not. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) (consent) of the European Data Protection Regulation.
  • YouTube Video: Videos illustrating our products are integrated on our website. These come from the video platform Youtube, which belongs to Google. We cannot guarantee a complete and correct list of the data processed. To the best of our knowledge, at least information on your terminal device and browser used, IP address, referrer URL and your user behaviour in the form of videos viewed are transmitted to Google servers in third countries where a lower level of data protection may apply. However, this only happens if you have previously agreed to the integration of Youtube on our website. We do not store this data. We do not know when Google deletes this data. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the European Data Protection Regulation (your voluntary consent)

3. Your rights

Information, deletion and other rights: You can always obtain information on the data stored about you (Article 15 of the European General Data Protection Regulation). Furthermore, under the statutory requirements of Articles 16 to 21 of the European General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to have your data corrected and deleted, and to restrict the processing and portability of the data you have provided.

Appeal:: You have the right to contact the company's data protection officer at any time should you have any complaints regarding the processing of your data. His/her contact details are provided above. In addition, you have the right to complain to any data privacy regulator. The supervisory authority responsible for the company is quoted above.

Revocation, Retraction: If the processing of data is based on your consent, you may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. If the processing of data is based on our legitimate interests, you may object to this processing at any time for reasons that arise from your particular situation. We will then only process your data if there are demonstrably compelling legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Please direct your specific request to the above-mentioned contact.
