2. Details of data processing

Server log files

When using the website for informational purposes only, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. We collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure the stability and security of our website:

Protection against abuse

Customer account

A customer account is required to use our services. When this is created, your name, your contact details and credit or debit card number are processed. If the customer account is deleted, TechniVolt processes this data for billing purposes for a further 90 days. Payment processing

To process payments, your name and credit or debit card number will be sent to the payment service provider. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b of the European General Data Protection Regulation (fulfillment of contractual measures).

Google Adwords Conversion Tracking

We use the conversion tracking function (evaluation of the target action carried out by the user such as ordering an article) from Google AdWords on our website. For this purpose, after you have given your consent, a cookie will be stored on your computer, which will enable you to be recognized and your movements on our website to be tracked. The data collected are transmitted to Google servers in third countries, which may have a lower level of data protection. The information that is obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics. Here we find out the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
